The administration of the Site provides the Buyer with a free opportunity to search for information about the Goods, to familiarize with the Seller's product offers, to receive product offers and information relevant to the Buyer's interests, as well as other functionalities available to the Buyer on the Site.

This offer is a Public offer (hereinafter - the Agreement, Offer, Public offer), full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of which in accordance with the civil legislation of Russia shall be deemed the execution of an Order for the Goods presented on the Site in the manner and on the terms and conditions established by this Agreement.

1. General Provisions
1.1 The Seller undertakes to sell, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods at the prices specified on the Site, on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.2 By ordering the Goods through the Site, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of sale of the Goods set out in this Agreement.

1.3 All rights and obligations under the concluded contract of sale of Goods arise from the Seller.
2. Registration and verification on the Site
2.1 To place an Order, the Buyer must register on the Site or place an Order by phone.

2.2 The Site Administration is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Buyer.

2.3 The Buyer has the right to edit the registration information. The Site Administration undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data to third parties, if it is not required for the fulfillment of the contract.

2.4 The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his/her data to third parties.

3. Order placement and fulfillment
3.1 The Buyer shall place the Order independently on the Website. If the Buyer is unable to place an Order via the Website, he/she may do so by phone, specifying the Goods and preferred conditions.

3.2 When placing an Order, the Buyer shall specify:

- surname, first name of the Buyer and the recipient of the Order;

- contact phone number, e-mail;

- delivery address;

- delivery method, payment method;

- additional information at the Seller's request.

3.3 The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer.
